At My Taste My Meal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality food products with care and consistency. However, if you are not satisfied with your order due to an error on our part or a genuine quality issue, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.We strive to deliver the best meals and service to every customer. Please read the following policy to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled at My Taste My Meal.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them or before they are processed for cooking or dispatch. Cancellation requests must be submitted via our app, website, or by contacting customer care.
  • After Dispatch:
 Once your order is prepared or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled as it involves fresh food preparation and live delivery.
  • Refund for Cancelled Orders:
 If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed time, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Return Policy

Perishable Nature of Food:

Since our products are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns once the food is delivered, unless it meets refund-eligible conditions.

When Returns are Accepted:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was damaged, spoiled, or expired at the time of delivery
  • You received an incomplete or missing order

Refund Policy

Order Can Not Be Once Placed.
Due To The Nature Of Food Products,We Do Not Accept Return.
In the rare image of the damaged or incorect item please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the productand your order ID.we will offer a replacement or refund at your discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued if:

  • The product was delivered in good condition and matched the order
  • The complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery
  • The product was mishandled, partially consumed, or not stored properly
  • Incorrect address or contact information was provided by the customer
