Section 1 – Use of Platform

By using the My Taste My Meal platform, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You must use the site and app only for lawful purposes and refrain from any activities that violate local, state, or national laws. You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Section 2 – Registration and Account Security

To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and ensuring that the data you provide is accurate and up to date. My Taste My Meal will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to protect your credentials.

Section 3 – Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, some errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if any details are incorrect without prior notice. Product availability may vary by region and stock levels.

Section 4 – Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product from us. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may confirm by sending you an order confirmation via email, SMS, or app notification. We may cancel or limit your order in case of unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Section 5 – Prices & Payment Terms

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.

Section 6 – Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your meals and products within the estimated timeline provided at checkout. However, delivery may be affected by location, traffic, weather, or third-party logistics issues. My Taste My Meal is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Section 7 – Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We accept return requests for incorrect, damaged, or expired items reported within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be initiated after inspection and processed within 7–10 working days. Perishable food items may not be returnable unless damaged.

Section 8 – User Comments & Feedback

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other suggestions, you grant us the right to use, edit, publish, or distribute them without any obligation to compensate you. Your content must not violate any third-party rights or contain offensive, unlawful, or harmful language. We reserve the right to moderate or remove such content.

Section 9 – Intellectual Property Rights

All text, graphics, logos, product images, software, and content on My Taste My Meal are owned by or licensed to Climb Foods Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform, services, or pricing at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms. We may terminate or restrict your access to the service if you violate these terms or misuse our platform.

Section 11 – Use of Website and Services

By using our website or mobile app, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with operations, or violate any laws during your interaction with our platform. All information provided by you must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Section 12 – Product Availability and Orders

All products and services offered through My Taste My Meal are subject to availability. We strive to keep our inventory updated, but we reserve the right to limit or cancel any order for reasons such as stock availability, delivery constraints, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message. However, the final acceptance of the order depends on verification and product availability.

Section 13 – Pricing, Payments & Billing

Prices displayed on our platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payments must be made through our secure third-party payment partners. We do not store your payment details. In case of payment failure or dispute, we encourage you to contact us immediately for resolution. My Taste My Meal is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment failures.

Section 14 – Delivery & Returns

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time. However, delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted only under specific conditions as outlined in our Return Policy, and refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

Section 15 – Intellectual Property & Legal Use

All content on the My Taste My Meal website and app, including images, logos, packaging, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Climb Foods Pvt.
