Before placing an order, Customers are advised to confirm the availability of delivery services in their area by entering Their pin code at checkout. If delivery is not available in a particular area, customers will be Notified before completing their order. Once an order is successfully placed, our team begins processing it within a few hours. Orders are Generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery is completed within 1 to 5 business days, Depending on the customer's location, product availability, and local delivery conditions. Delivery Timelines may be affected by factors such as holidays, weather conditions, logistical delays, or High-demand periods. In all cases, we strive to keep the customer informed through SMS, email, or In-app notifications.

We currently deliver across selected pin codes and regions in India. Before placing your order, you can check availability by entering your delivery pin code during checkout. If delivery is not available in your area, we will notify you before proceeding to payment.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement. Once processed, most deliveries are completed within 1 to 5 working days, depending on your location, product availability, and logistics capacity. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or during holidays may be processed the next business day.

Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Festivals or national holidays
  • Courier service issues
  • Unexpected surge in demand
  • Government restrictions

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or non-response, the order may be canceled or returned. Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you before returning the package. Re-delivery may be arranged at an additional cost.If the customer is unreachable or fails to respond within a reasonable time, the order will either be returned to the nearest dispatch center or marked as undeliverable. Perishable items that are not collected or delivered within a specific time window may no longer be eligible for redelivery due to food safety regulations.

A re-delivery request can be made by contacting our customer care team, but please note that:

  • Re-delivery may only be possible within 24 hours, depending on the product type and its condition.
  • A re-delivery charge will apply, which varies based on your location and the size of your order.
  • For perishable or freshly prepared items, we may not be able to redeliver the same product if it's no longer safe for consumption. In such cases, no refund or replacement may be issued.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also check your delivery status in the “My Orders” section of our website or app.In this section, you will find complete order details, estimated delivery time, and tracking information linked directly to the courier service. If you are a registered user, you can also view past orders, download invoices, and raise support requests. For guest users, tracking information will still be accessible via the link sent to your registered mobile number or email ID. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please make sure your contact details are accurate while placing the order. If you do not receive a tracking link within a few hours of your order confirmation, or if you experience any issues accessing the tracking page, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist.
